1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed after 4 PM GMT on a business day, or on weekends/bank holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require an extended processing time of 1 business days/weeks and are subject to availability. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, or within any other agreed timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. -

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their nature (e.g., hazardous materials) or destination country regulations. Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order and the packaging is visibly damaged, please take photos of the damage before opening the package. If the items inside are also damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at info@bubbalyltd.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please:

Check with neighbours or family members.

Check any secure locations around your property where the package might have been left.

Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

If after these steps you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@bubbalyltd.com within 3 days of the reported delivery date. We will investigate the matter.

Responsibility for Delivery: Please note that we are responsible for your package until it is delivered to the address specified in your order. Once delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@bubbalyltd.com. We will do our best to amend the address before the order is dispatched, but this cannot be guaranteed.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus any return shipping costs. We may also charge a re-delivery fee.
